Corridor Flooring Associates is a full service, independent Commercial Flooring Contractor serving the Baltimore/Washington metropolitan area. We work closely with architects, designers, corporate end users, government agencies, property managers, hospitals, universities and insurance companies.
Collectively, we will develop budgets, specify products and identify any existing conditions, which may contribute to the cost of any given project.
Separately, we provide quality installations utilizing the industries highest qualified installers. Our sister company, Modular Concepts, specializes in state of the art furniture lift and installation system.
Our goal is to provide the best products available from the nation’s leading carpet and resilient manufacturers on time and within budget.
We also maintain a complete commercial flooring library of samples, specifications and literature of all current manufacturers. Located five minutes from downtown Baltimore in historic Fells Point, our library and conference rooms are available for meetings and/or project planning. Plenty of free parking is available.
